Very nice group of fluorescent Calcite crystals upto 2 cms. sat on bright Quartz crystals with ankerite. 7 x 6 x 7 cms., from a rare specimen locality.
Recovered by mine explorers from the old lead Victorian lead workings of the Browngill Vein in The Capelcleugh mine,Nenthead,Alston Moor,Cumberland,
England.
The Calcites have a lovely bright fluorescant colour very similar to the colour of Rose Quartz
